Do you charge for estimates?
Nope. Estimates are always free. We'll come out, walk your property, and give you a written quote with zero obligation.
How quickly can you come out?
For emergencies like storm damage or dangerous limbs, we aim to be out the same day. For routine estimates and non-urgent work, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
What areas do you cover?
All of Southwest Florida, from Tampa down through Sarasota, Venice, Port Charlotte, and Fort Myers. If you're in the region, we probably cover you. Check our Service Area section for the full list.
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes, 24/7. Storms don't wait and neither do we. Call any time and we'll get a crew out as fast as we can.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Card, check, cash, or bank transfer. Whatever's easiest for you. Payment is always due after the job is complete and you're happy with the work.
Do you haul away debris?
Yes. Full cleanup and haul-away is included in every job unless you specifically want to keep the mulch or firewood.
Do I need to be home during the work?
Not required for the work itself, but we like you there for the initial estimate so we can walk the job with you. After that, we're happy to work while you're at the office or running errands.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Safety first. If the weather makes the work unsafe, we'll reschedule at no cost. We'll always give you as much notice as we can.
How far in advance should I book?
For routine work, one to two weeks is usually plenty. For emergencies, call immediately. We'll prioritize and get to you fast.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. Full coverage on every job for your protection and ours. We can provide documentation on request.
